Position: General Laborer Lv1
Location: Salina, KS 67401
Duration: 3 months (Potential for extension)
Pay Rate: $18/hour (Weekly Pay)

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, rail cars, and other materials.
• Assist with grain handling operations, including filling and reclaiming ground piles.
• Perform general labor and material handling duties throughout the facility.
• Perform basic maintenance and operator care of equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively with team members and provide customer service when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and loud noise.
• Ability to work at heights of 4 feet or more.
• Ability to wear and use required PPE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
