• Maintain and optimize network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability
• Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity across LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
• Support and manage network-related services including DNS and DHCP
• Assist with cloud connectivity and network integrations
• Provide Tier 2 support and assist with escalated network issues
• Document network configurations, procedures, and changes

Requirements of Network Administrator:

• 4+ years of network administration experience
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (routing, switching, TCP/IP)
• Hands-on experience with firewalls and VPN configuration
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar
• Experience with enterprise network environments
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
