We are currently hiring experienced, professional, growth-seeking restaurant Directors of Operations throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan! Our Dunkin’ / Baskin-Robbins Directors of Operations oversee all business requirements and upper-level management development for a region of fifteen to twenty restaurants.

…Are Set-Up to Be Successful, Long-Term:
We ensure our Director of Operations candidates understand the needs, systems, and details of our business, then move them, gradually, to oversee the upper-level management in their region, ensuring Regional Supervisors and Multi-Unit Managers have the tools, training, resources, and skill set to successfully operate our business locations. All Managerial hires start with the title “Management Trainee”. We slow-walk this (paid) training to ensure our leaders are fully knowledgeable of our systems and processes, well-respected by their teams and peers, and fully capable of leading our teams with poise and credibility. Your timeline for training completion will vary, based on your prior experience, business acumen, ability to train and develop and support upper-level management teams and systems.
…Are Offered Competitive Compensation:
· Base Pay: Certified Directors of Operations base pay is $75K - $90K / year.
· Monthly Bonus: Certified Directors of Operations can earn up to an additional $2,500 / month hitting regular metric objectives.
· Additional Bonus: When a Director of Operations’ Area locations consistently hit our four greatest metrics, they can earn an additional weekly bonuses!
· Year-End Bonuses: We award bonuses based on profit realized at year-end.

Responsibilities Include:
Advocating for the business and its overall needs as an extension of the Company President, while displaying Brand Ambassadorship at all times.
Overseeing the recruitment, selection, hiring, and ongoing development of successful, performing Above-Restaurant Leaders.
Communicating daily with Regional Supervisors and Support Personnel to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance.
Monitoring company revenue margins and conducting budget reviews to ensure all areas / locations are maximizing profit potential.
Defining, implementing and revising operational policies.
Identifying regional / company-wide betterment opportunities.
Developing and executing new growth objectives and directives.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws within district, including Federal, State, and local labor laws.
Has a strong understanding of how to best support
This position DOES have flexible hours, but Regional Supervisors must be available to work any shift that is required which includes all shifts, holidays, and weekends.
