Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections for facilities such as lift stations, booster stations, treatment plants, and related infrastructure.
• Support construction management by compiling quantities, tracking progress, reviewing pay applications, and coordinating with contractors.
• Respond to RFIs, negotiate Change Orders, attend progress meetings, and align project schedules with client needs.
• Gather field data and assist in the creation of accurate as-built drawings.
• Interface with clients and contractors alongside engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Apply or expand your knowledge of concrete, rebar, masonry, mechanical piping, valves, roofing, basic electrical systems, and buried utilities.
• Use and develop skills in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit to support design and construction documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in facilities inspection.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or Revit is a plustraining provided for motivated learners.
• Associates Degree in engineering technology or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in the field and adapt to varying project environments.
