Location: Franklin WI

Schedule: 2nd/3rd

Pay rate: Starting at $16.00hr

Duties:

1. Assist with preparation, assembly, and packaging of products
2. Physically move, lift, push, stack, and pack materials and products
3. Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
4. Check product quality including color, cut, size, shape, and weight
5. Monitor the flow of the production line and provide support where needed
6. Step into various roles to assist team members or provide break coverage

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
2. Ability to work 12-hour shifts and some weekends
3. Able to read, write, and follow basic instructions
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
