Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Top Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience (must be AP, not AR)
• Extensive knowledge of inventory invoices
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong data entry and administrative experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous gaming industry experience

Daily Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Specialist provides financial, administrative, and clerical support through invoice processing, supplier payments, and reconciliation. This role ensures the smooth execution of all payment cycle activities while handling ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Set up and maintain vendor accounts
• Prepare accounts payable payments for approval
• Manage payment bank runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to address queries efficiently
• Oversee card administration and expense posting
• Generate regular cash flow reports
• Provide Concur system administrative support
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Document and maintain process guidelines and work instructions
• Continuously improve Accounts Payable procedures
