Description

• This person will be working to support invoice processing for stand alone ship centers.
• Admin will receive invoices into their inbox that have been submitted from vendors. They will look them up and compare the paper copy to the invoice to ensure they match. From there, they will submit invoice which will be sent to the hiring manager to make the payments.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, light data entry, answer phones, faxing, other general office duties as needed, possess good communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• 2+ years performing general accounting/invoice processing/billing
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Possess accurate typing skills and able to type 45 wpm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $23.36 - $23.36/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN.
