Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing extensive data entry into the internal system, working with project management schedules to update and revise processes, such as trailer maintenance schedules. This role involves assisting managers with administrative and system updates, importing/exporting files, and collaborating with the team to reschedule or delete work orders.

Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
+ Experience in administrative assistance and support.
+ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
+ Strong attention to detail, especially when updating processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma required.
+ 3-5 years of administrative experience with extensive data entry.
+ SQL knowledge is a nice-to-have.
Work Environment
This position operates within an office environment in a corporate setting, providing a professional atmosphere for administrative tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
