Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and correspondents, assisting faculty, staff, and students. Your role will include managing the distribution and tracking of keys, copier access, and parking passes, as well as processing travel reimbursements via Concur. You will be a general resource for inquiries and assist in the planning and coordination of department-wide events, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and correspondents.
+ Assist all parties doing business with the department, including faculty, staff, and students.
+ Manage the distribution and tracking of keys, copier access, and parking passes.
+ Serve as a general resource for inquiries from faculty, staff, and students.
+ Process travel reimbursements for faculty via Concur.
+ Act as point of contact for questions regarding transaction policies and procedures.
+ Assist in planning and coordinating department-wide events with other administrative staff.
+ Support onboarding and offboarding processes for faculty, staff, and students.
Essential Skills
+ 2-3 years of administrative experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
+ Strong administrative skills, including data entry, clerical tasks, and calendaring.
+ Comfortable greeting visitors and managing managers' calendars.
Work Environment
This role is 100% on-site, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
