Our client, a global manufacturer, is seeking an **Administrative Assista** **nt** to join their team for a **4-month temporary assignment.** As an administrative assistant, you will be providing support to a successful sales team. The ideal candidate will have professional communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Location: Hagerstown, MD**

**Pay Range: $18/hr**

**What's the Job?**

+ Process customer invoices

+ Assist with tracking quotes and sales orders

+ Handle inbound/outbound calls to customers and sales managers

+ Support accounts receivable collections

+ Assist with creating sales quotes, sales orders, credit memos

**What's Needed?**

+ 2 to 3 years of office support experience

+ Strong problem resolution skills

+ Computer skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work in fast-paced office environment
