Architeqt Color Bar Ardmore and Philly are hiring our next rock star Apprentices!
We are a busy, high end salon with tons of growth opportunity and continuing education. We provide a road map to becoming a 100k hair stylist in approximately 3 years. If you have the drive, we’ll help you achieve your goal!
Architeqt Color Bars are on the forefront of hairstyling in the Philadelphia area. The Architeqt brand has won Best of Philly twice, featured in Beauty Launchpad, @hairbrained, @Lorealprofessionnel and various other publications, Architeqt strives to be a salon leader in the industry through refining new techniques such as their signature dry cutting method and Balayage services.
Architeqt stylists are also on the forefront of new color techniques and implementing new technology for the purpose of growing salon efficiency and guest experience.
Architeqt Color Bar takes great pride in its approach to education. Providing weekly education workshops for its apprentices and stylists, Architeqt recognizes that knowledge, skill and practice are the foundation of success behind the chair.
Expectations of an apprentice:
- Multitasking skills. Ability to work and assist multiple stylists
- Great customer service.
- Hands on work. You will be applying single process color, glosses, blow drying and shampooing.
- Keeping the salon clean, orderly and organized
- Attending all classes
- Keeping an appropriate social media presence
