This role involves coordinating interviews, supporting the HR Manager, managing domestic shipping and receiving tasks, answering phones, and coordinating with the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews effectively and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
• Manage domestic shipping and receiving processes.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Coordinate activities with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Experience in data entry.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 6+ months of coordinating experience.
• Administrative support experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburg, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
