We are seeking an Assistant / Customer Support Specialist to support a luxury perfume company by delivering responsive, organized, and high-quality service across email, phone, and other customer support channels. This role will coordinate customer orders with the fulfillment team, process order updates, assist with call scheduling, track shipments, maintain customer records, and resolve issues while ensuring service meets expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer support across all listed channels.
• Respond to customer emails and handle incoming calls.
• Coordinate customer orders with the fulfillment team to ensure accuracy.
• Apply approved edits and changes to customer orders.
• Assist with call scheduling and customer follow-up.
• Track customer shipments and packages.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer support experience.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, shipment tracking, email communication, and customer relationship management.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
