Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:- Provides administrative support for the Executive in a variety of tasks under the direction of the Sr. Executive Assistant to ensure smooth day-today engagements
- Answer, assist and triage incoming phone calls and emails through a shared email box
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitates the Executive’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing PowerPoint presentations; composing and preparing correspondence and making travel arrangements.
- Arrange and handle all logistics of meetings and events: to include but not limited scheduling meetings; compile meeting and presentation materials and coordinating & assisting with catering set up & clean up
- Provide event/meeting support and hospitality to all guests
- Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally
- Handle notifications to leadership, chapters, and employers where appropriate
- Periodically, provide safe and timely transport of external and internal guests traveling to and from various local airports
- Learning all essential functions of the Sr. Executive Assistant and backup
- Other general administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of three years of previous experience working in a similar role
- Strong MS Office skills, must be proficient with Power Point, Outlook, OneNote
- Strong verbal and written and communication skills
- Ability to work independently; ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex issues while maintaining a flexible, positive, and cooperative demeanor
- Responds in a timely manner to operations leaders and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- This position requires a clean driving record
$75K + Great Benefits
Full-Time, Onsite, M-F
