Description

The Law Firm Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the law firm and assist with administrative, financial, and operational functions. Looking for a candidate who can assist with gathering month end documentation and month end reporting, managing AP/AR functions, processing payroll, completing vendor billing transactions, monitoring expenses, coordinating with the HR department as needed, and assisting with the benefits administration process. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Primary Responsibilities

· Oversee office supply inventory

· Assist with employee recruitment

· Calendar Management

· Answer incoming phone calls

· Monitor billing and invoicing

· Vendor Management

· Assist with marketing efforts

· Organize external and internal events/luncheons

· Provide reports to management

Requirements

The ideal Law Firm Administrator will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Law Firm Administrator role include and are not limited to:

· 5 years of law firm management experience

· ADP Payroll preferred

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong knowledge of law firm operations, legal billing systems, and compliance regulations
