Remote Attorney Jobs Hiring Now

Description We are looking for a licensed attorney to join a plaintiff-side antitrust practice in a long-term contract capacity supporting active litigation matters. This opportunity is based in Los Angeles, California, and offers a flexible workload of approximately 20 to 40 hours per week through September, with the possibility of extension. The position centers on detailed case document analysis and deposition support, and the selected attorney will work effectively in a fully remote setting using firm-provided technology.

Responsibilities:

- Examine large volumes of case records and discovery materials to identify information relevant to plaintiff-side antitrust matters.

- Assess documents within the review platform, elevate significant findings, and highlight records that may influence legal strategy.

- Partner with litigation counsel to prepare for depositions by assembling supporting materials and organizing key case information.

- Draft and refine deposition outlines to help attorneys prepare focused questioning and case themes.

- Maintain a structured and efficient review process in Relativity so case materials remain accessible and properly categorized.

- Track important evidence and connect findings from document review to broader litigation objectives.

- Contribute to ongoing case development by summarizing notable documents and surfacing issues requiring attorney attention. Requirements - Juris Doctor degree and current active bar membership.

- Demonstrated experience handling document review in a litigation environment.

- Working knowledge of discovery processes and evidence assessment.

- Prior exposure to deposition preparation, including outline development and exhibit organization.

- Familiarity with antitrust or trade regulation matters is strongly preferred.

- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote work environment.

- Comfortable managing a workload that may range from part-time to permanent hours depending on case demands.
