About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at Yesterdays Creekside Tavern (YCT). As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable experience at YCT. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and handling cash transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender Mixologist
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management software
• Experience with point-of-sale systems

Responsibilities:

• Crafting and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records

Additionally, you will be using your organizational and time-management skills to maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions accurately.
