Job duties

• Maintains established medical record files
• Files client information on individual charts
• Vital checks for client intakes
• Assists therapist with client appointments for safety
• Diver for elderly and disabled clients to bring to clinic for appointments (using company car)
• Assists with referral process and intake paperwork
• Caregiving floating services during company business hours

Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma
• Detail oriented and organized
• Patient care experience
• Data entry experience required
• Clerical Experience required
• Basic computer knowledge required

Must have 1 year of experience caregiving or current license of HHA or CNAMust have valid drivers license and good driving record
