About the Role:
At Altra Homecare of Kokomo, we believe that truly great home care starts with the caregiver. That's why we're dedicated to hiring the best and most experienced Home Health Aides (HHA's), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's), and Private Duty Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate care to our clients. As an Albany Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and wound care
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on industry best practices and standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Minimum 0 years of experience in healthcare or caregiving
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with ease
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
