Lux Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I or CNA II) to join our growing team. Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions to nursing supervisors
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Ensure a safe and clean home environment for clients
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by licensed staff

Qualifications:
• Current CNA I or CNA II certification recognized by the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete documentation properly

Required Documentation (Must be provided upon application):
• Two forms of valid identification
• Updated resume
• Current CPR certification
• Blood-borne pathogen certification
• Tuberculosis (TB) test results (within the last 12 months)
• National criminal background check will be conducted prior to hire
