We seek a **Clinical Pharmacist** to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with comprehensive and/or specialty medication management.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Assesses medication regimen for indication, effectiveness, safety, and compliance

+ Provides patient-centered care that will improve clinical outcomes and reduce total cost of care

+ Communicates individualized care plans effectively with patients

+ Supports patients in their initiation and maintenance of new therapy; providing education, optimizing utilization and establishing adherence

+ Engages patients at clinically relevant times to deliver impactful clinical pharmacy services

+ Partners with Genoa sites, clinic partners, and other prescribers to optimize therapy

+ Maintains department performance levels for quality and productivity

+ Performs other projects, work, and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our patients and clients

+ This position may be required to obtain multi-state licensure as necessary for business need

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

+ Current unrestricted active pharmacist license in the US

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Multi-state pharmacist licensure

+ Residency and/or Board Certification

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
