Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Virtual Monitoring | Office-Based Role
Location: Tampa, FL 33607 – Near Raymond James Stadium
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Evenings) Night Shift is also available
Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience & education)
Includes premium pay for nights & weekends

What You'll Do:

As a Virtual CNA, you’ll provide non-direct patient care through remote monitoring. Using live video and audio, you’ll communicate with patients in real time to promote safety and reduce fall risk, functioning as a virtual sitter and patient advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient activity and safety via remote video surveillance
• Communicate with patients through two-way audio to assist and redirect as needed
• Follow safety protocols and escalate care needs to nursing staff immediately
• Document and report changes in behavior or condition to the RN
• Collaborate with the on-site care team to ensure optimal patient support
• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• Active CNA License (Florida) – Required
• Current BLS Certification – American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Minimum of 2 years healthcare experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a team setting
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
