We are currently searching for a Project Manager with ground up commercial construction experience, to join an exciting general contractor to based in San Antonio. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow their career with an established contractor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and managing all aspects of the construction project, from estimating to delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing and managing budgets, timelines, and project plans, as well as ensuring the highest level of quality is met throughout the entire process. Successful candidates need strong estimating experience, including the ability to accurately assess construction costs, materials and labour.

Requirements

• Construction related degree or equivalent
• Experience on ground up commercial construction projects
• 7+ Years experience within the construction industry

Salary

• $120,000 - $140,000
