**The Role at a glance:**
We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Trainee to join our team in Roseville, CA. In this role, you will rotate through both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, gaining hands-on experience in managing high-volume food service operations, leading teams, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Oversee opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures for kitchen, server, and retail stations.
+ Maintain food safety standards and brand integrity by conducting line checks and completing HACCP documentation.
+ Lead shift huddles and provides real-time feedback to promote a positive team environment and drive productivity.
+ Monitor sales, labor, and food costs; assist with developing weekly inventory and ordering plans.
+ Support on-campus marketing events and foster community partnerships.
**What we're looking for:**
_Must haves:_
+ At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or similar guest-service role.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and deliver excellent service.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
+ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
_Nice to have:_
+ Experience as a shift leader or trainer, with leadership and team development skills.
+ Familiarity with inventory management and labor-scheduling systems.
+ Ability to analyze operational data to improve efficiency and guest experience.
+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Compensation Range**
$30.00 per hour
