Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily customer operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product information, pricing, and shipment updates while ensuring accurate data entry and account maintenance. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and process customer orders accurately within internal systems
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and deliveries
• Maintain customer accounts, records, and order documentation
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
• Provide written and verbal quotations for products and services
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to support timely order fulfillment
• Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and inside sales support activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• Previous customer service, order entry, administrative, or manufacturing support experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Professional and team-oriented attitude
