What You'll Do:
+ Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
+ Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
+ Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, outliers, and opportunities.
+ Build and maintain ETL processes in collaboration with engineering and data teams.
+ Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven suggestions to improve them.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for all data processes and analyses.
Requirements
What You Bring:
+ 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
+ Advanced SQL skills; able to write complex queries across multiple tables and databases.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and at least one statistical language (Python, R, etc.).
+ Strong understanding of data modeling, forecasting, and data warehousing principles.
+ Ability to turn data into business value through clear communication and storytelling.
+ Experience working in an agile environment and juggling multiple projects.
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's a plus).
Bonus Points For:
+ Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
+ Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and privacy best practices.
