We are looking for an IN-PERSON Customer Service Rep / Data Entry Clerk, who can efficiently fulfill the customer order-taking process from start to finish in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

· Document and update records based on customer interactions

· Ensure accurate, timely and efficient order taking

· Enter customer orders accurately into the computer system

· Follow established protocols

· Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

· Meet or exceed customer expectations

Skills/Qualifications:

· High school diploma

· Basic knowledge of computers

· Excellent customer service skills

Job Requirements:

· Accuracy of work

· Promptness in customer responses

· Ability to multitask

· Personal transportation or access to public transportation required

Working Hours:

Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (Second Shift) - (Off Days are Monday & Saturday)

· 5 days per week

· 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm

· 37.50 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day
