Position Details:
+ Position: Front Office Dental Assistant
+ Location: Los Angeles, CA 90015
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays if needed
+ Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
+ Pay: $21/hour
Key Responsibilities:
+ Patient Check-In/Out: Efficiently check patients in and out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
+ Phone Management: Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
+ Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimal wait times.
+ Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, and assist with any necessary referrals or authorizations.
+ Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including handling billing, maintaining patient records, and assisting with other clerical tasks as needed.
Additional Information:
+ Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in Spanish.
+ Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, seeing 20-30 patients a day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
