Bentz Dental Group, a privately owned multi-specialty dental practice in East Norriton, PA, is looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
Our modern practice focuses on Prosthodontics, Dental Implants, and General Dentistry, providing high-quality care in a supportive and patient-focused environment. We are seeking a team member who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments prior to procedures
- Assist dentists chairside during procedures by anticipating needs and passing instruments
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Assist with procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and implants
- Perform laboratory tasks as directed by the dentist
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Help coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient appointments
- Support front desk duties when needed, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks to help maintain smooth office operations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience in prosthodontics or surgical dentistry is a plus
- X-ray certification required in accordance with Pennsylvania state law
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and common procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
