Registered Dental Assistant Position in Corpus Cristi, TX!

Our growing dental practice is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! We have a supportive, team-oriented environment and are looking for someone with a positive attitude, empathy, and a growth mindset to contribute to our practice.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time
• Compensation: Starting at $17-20/hour with potential for increases
• Benefits: 401(k), bonuses, PTO, holiday pay, and uniforms provided
• Software Used: Dentrix, Dexis
• Locations: This position will rotate between two office locations

Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting for procedures
• Taking digital impressions
• Instrument sterilization and infection control
• Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth workflow for the clinical team

Qualifications:

• No experience required, but a dental background is preferred
• Required certifications: RDA, N2O monitoring, and CPR
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to daily challenges
