**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The role involves inspecting finished products, performing quality control and testing, and moving products off the production line. You will need to lift cement blocks and ensure that products meet our quality standards by checking for cracks, discoloration, and other defects. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect finished products for quality control.
+ Perform testing to check for cracks, discoloration, and other defects.
+ Move finished products off the production line.
+ Lift and handle heavy cement blocks.
+ Work in a team to maintain production efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of general labor experience, preferably in repetitive work involving heavy lifting.
+ Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
+ Knowledge of quality control and testing procedures.
+ Experience in construction, landscaping, underground, field labor, or similar fields is advantageous.
