Position: Executive Assistant
Location: 100% Onsite - Towson, MD
Key Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Temporary/Temp-to-Permanent
- Compensation: Up to $75,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, or events)
Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage a complex C-level calendar, scheduling meetings weeks in advance
- Proactively anticipate changes, prioritize appointments, and ensure smooth scheduling
- Plan ahead for executive needs
Executive Support & Communication:- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive
- Act as the key point of contact and "air traffic controller" for the executive's schedule and priorities
- Coordinate with internal teams, other executives, and administrative staff
Project & Task Management:- Assist with strategic projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
- Organize meetings, coordinate travel, and handle sensitive communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
Skills:- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage and streamline executive workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively within an EA team and larger administrative structure
