This role offers Part-Time hours (20 hours per week) during business hours, Monday through Friday. This role is on-site in the Indianapolis office.

WestPoint Gutwein Group is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant who brings excellence, high energy, and a proactive mindset to every task. This detail-driven, highly efficient professional will stay ahead of needs, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks while supporting the team’s productivity and success.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

• Schedule client meetings and annual reviews
• Manage ongoing client communications
• Prepare materials and documentation for annual review meetings
• Open new accounts and process money movements accurately and efficiently
• Handle day-to-day client service needs, including account updates and fund transfers

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of administrative experience in professional office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; committed to delivering a seamless client experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Moderate to advanced experience with CRM systems (required)
• Industry experience a plus (not required)
