Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendar, meetings, and complex travel itineraries
• Prepare daily briefings, meeting materials, and follow-ups
• Liaise between executive and internal teams to track deliverables and ensure alignment
• Create high-impact presentations and decks for business and creative initiatives
• Act as a point of contact during executive travel, maintaining clear communication flow
• Coordinate between business and personal assistants to ensure seamless scheduling
• Assist with confidential personal matters and occasional project oversight

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting C-level or founder-level executives
• Strong background in creative environments (design, fashion, media, art, etc.)
• Proficient in Keynote, InDesign, Figma, Canva, and Google Slides
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and attention to detail
• Experience working closely and collaboratively with visionary, high-output individuals
• Technologically savvy, with familiarity using AI tools for efficiency and creativity
