Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a busy real estate agent based in Jersey City, NJ. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
+ Managing high-volume email and text communication (up to 500+ emails daily).
+ Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
+ Coordinating outgoing social media posts to maintain an engaging online presence.
+ Assisting with scheduling, calendar management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate must be local to Jersey City, NJ, and possess strong communication skills, proficiency in social media platforms, and excellent organizational abilities.
Requirements - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex calendars and scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with arranging and coordinating travel plans.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
