Description
Our client, a mission-driven organization in the nonprofit industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and is passionate about supporting an organization focused on making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
+ Serve as a liaison between executives, board members, staff, and external stakeholders
+ Coordinate board meetings, committees, and special events, including preparing agendas and meeting materials
+ Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion
+ Track deadlines, manage priorities, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives
+ Assist with project coordination and support cross-functional communication across departments
+ Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
+ Support donor, community, and partner communications as needed
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+ Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and problem-solve effectively
+ High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
+ Experience coordinating board meetings or working with leadership teams is preferred
