Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Executive Support: Manage the Chairman’s calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence across global time zones.
Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between internal executives, board members, and external stakeholders. Translate and facilitate communication in English and Mandarin
Meeting, Travel, Event Coordination: Organize high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
Project Management: Support strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and financial information with the utmost integrity.
Problem-Solving & Proactive Execution: Anticipate needs, identify challenges, and provide solutions in a high-pressure environment.
Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and executive summaries as needed.
Office & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, travel agencies, and external service providers
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a multinational or publicly listed company.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
Global Mindset: Ability to work across time zones and cultures seamlessly.
Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and scheduling software.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills in both languages.
Ability to communicate effectively and accurately.
High Discretion: Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Self-Starter: A go-getter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
