Description
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to leadership in Clearwater, Florida. This role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth onboarding and training processes for new hires. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules and prioritizing tasks.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions for employees from various positions.
- Organize and schedule training sessions for employees, including arranging logistics and catering as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures for various job functions and departments.
- Plan and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Arrange travel itineraries for executives and clients as required.
- Record meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments to support the organization's needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to take initiative, follow directions, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
