This is a remote position - candidates must be located in the Metro Detroit, MI or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area for occasional in-person meetings or events.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, travel coordination, and inbox management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office and other industry-related tools.
• Assist with client projects by tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and organizing key documents.
• Manage internal communications, draft correspondence, and maintain organized records.
• Conduct industry research on trends, competitors, and business insights.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, reviewing resumes, and managing candidate data.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be located in Metro Detroit, MI or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (HubSpot or similar CRM experience preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination preferred.
