Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in a full remote capacity. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in supporting executive operations, ensuring compliance processes run smoothly, and managing administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while utilizing advanced software tools and systems.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee compliance software systems to ensure timely submissions and reporting.

- Track deadlines and manage regulatory filings, especially during peak reporting season.

- Convert meeting discussions into actionable steps and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.

- Provide assistance with basic troubleshooting of software-related issues.

- Support internal compliance tracking and contribute to cross-training in compliance-related activities.

- Adapt to and master complex software systems beyond standard banking platforms.

- Coordinate schedules, calendars, and meetings to optimize executive time management.

- Facilitate effective communication by preparing correspondence and managing conference calls.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.

Requirements - Proficiency in compliance and administrative tools such as ADP, Cisco Webex Meetings, and Concur.

- Familiarity with timekeeping systems like Kronos and scheduling platforms such as About Time.

- Strong organizational skills with experience in calendar management and correspondence.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to troubleshoot software-related issues at a basic level.

- Experience in facilitating conference calls and managing executive-level meetings.

- Capability to learn and navigate complex software systems efficiently.
