We’re seeking a results-driven FP&A Supervisor to lead financial reporting, drive performance analysis, and support strategic planning. You'll work directly with senior leadership, offering critical insights that fuel growth and efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, trends, and KPIs across the organization and industry.
• Build models and forecasts to guide business decisions and long-term planning.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards.
• Evaluate financial impact of initiatives including capital investments and strategic projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial controls and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5+ years in financial analysis/reporting with strategic planning experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP (SAP, Oracle) and Power BI or similar tools experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
