Blaze Runners, Inc. is looking for experienced Engine Boss qualified employees for the 2025 wildfire season. Must have task books and certifications in hand. Pay is $790 daily rate. We are seeking FFT1, FFT2 positions well. NO experience needed for FFT2 position and pay starts around $33 hour. Must be willing to complete the basic Wildland Certification S130/190, as well as pass the Work Capacity Fitness Test. Employees must be able to be reached on short notice and be dispatched out of our home base in Caldwell, ID within a two-hour time frame. Pay depends on experience and will be discussed during interview.
