**Job Title: Fire Watchman** **Job Description**
Ensure the safety of welding structural framework on the exterior of a building in Manhattan, monitoring for potential fire hazards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor welding activities to ensure safety protocols are followed.
+ Identify and address potential fire hazards during welding operations.
+ Work closely with the welding team to maintain a safe working environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in Flux core, Tig, and Mig welding techniques.
+ Experience in welding safety practices and fire prevention.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Possess F60 & G60 certifications.
+ Completion of OSHA 30 and SST training.
