**Job Description:**
Manpower is seeking a skilled **Forklift Operator** with experience in **Slip Sheet and Reach Forklift** operation. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by safely transporting materials and products throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced with the specific machinery and safety protocols necessary for the role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate **Slip Sheet Forklift** and **Reach Forklift** to move and stack materials in warehouse or storage areas.
+ Safely load and unload goods from pallets, shelves, and racks.
+ Perform routine checks and maintenance of forklifts to ensure safe operation.
+ Transport materials to designated areas according to warehouse layout and inventory needs.
+ Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
+ Adhere to all company safety standards and protocols while operating equipment.
+ Assist in inventory control and stocking as needed.
+ Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
+ Complete required paperwork for shipments, inventory, and operations logs.
**Requirements:**
+ Proven experience operating **Slip Sheet Forklift** and **Reach Forklift** .
+ Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
+ Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
+ Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems.
+ Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
+ Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
+ Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
