Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the shipping, receiving, and storage processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Forklift Operator
**Location:** Baytown, TX
**Pay Range:**
**Shift: Nights**
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate warehouse forklift safely and efficiently at all times
+ Follow all work instructions and safety procedures
+ Accurately complete and process all paperwork in a timely manner
+ Verify the condition of customer packages and report non-conformance
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock facilities
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience (certified forklift license preferred)
+ At least 6 consecutive months of daily forklift operation experience
+ Ability to pass drug test and background screening
+ Valid state driver's license
+ Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms (55.1 pounds) for 15 minutes and move pallets weighing up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds)
