XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Forklift Operator!
Location: Plant City, FL 33566
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday–Friday; some Saturdays and Sundays required
About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean work area.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Expectations
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Must wear steel-toe boots/shoes.
