Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent with Motel 6 / Studio 6, you will be responsible for providing a variety of services to our guests. You will greet guests, check guests in and out, assist guests with their room keys, provide tours of the hotel, answer phones, and other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

• Check guests out and give them their room keys when they come back with their luggage.
• Provide tours of the hotel to prospective guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk and other areas of the hotel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or by your supervisor.
• Wear a company uniform when working (black dress shirt, black dress pants, black shoes, and name tag).

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass drug test.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Bakersfield : Relocate before starting work (Required)
