+ Ability to install and troubleshoot software
+ Ability to configure and support internet browsers
+ Mobile application support experience
+ Microsoft Office Products knowledge
+ Understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
+ Basic Active Directory knowledge
+ Computer hardware troubleshooting skills
+ Strong customer service orientation
+ Ability to work onsite 4 to 5 days per week in Grand Prairie, TX

+ 10% Documentation and Ticketing (logging issues, updating tickets, knowledge base)
Daily Responsibilities
+ 60% Ticket Resolution (responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues)
+ 25% User Support (assisting end users via phone, email, remote tools)
+ 15% Administrative Tasks (documentation, ticket updates, team collaboration)
