Description
Project Attorney (Contract)
Our law firm client is seeking an experienced Attorney to support a range of governmental matters on a contract basis. The attorney will assist with ad valorem tax issues, excess refund matters, tort defense, and condemnation cases.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of relevant civil litigation or governmental law experience
+ Strong legal research, drafting, and case management skills
+ Prior experience with tax-related or municipal/governmental matters preferred
+ Active, good-standing state bar license
