Principal Investigator – Clinical Trials (FloriFlorida-licensedequired)

A growing clinical research organisation in Miami, FL is seeking a licensed physician (MD or DO) to serve as Principal Investigator across a portfolio of Phase I–IV clinical trials spanning neuroscience, psychiatry, and related therapeutic areas.

You'll be the medical lead on-site — ensuring trials are conducted in full compliance with FDA regulations, GCP, and ICH guidelines, while safeguarding patient welfare and data integrity. This is a full-time role suited to a practising physician looking to expand into research.

You'll be responsible for:

• Medical oversight of all trial activity and on-site clinical staff
• Subject safety monitoring, adverse event evaluation, and protocol compliance
• Collaborating with site and study coordinators on patient recruitment
• Serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors and ethics boards (IRB)
• Documenting protocol deviations and maintaining accurate trial records
