Republican Jobs is leading the search for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a respected law firm in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide essential litigation support, manage ECF filings in federal courts, and assist attorneys with document preparation, discovery, and case organization.

Job Duties:

• Provide litigation support for attorneys.
• Prepare and file documents using Electronic Case Filing (ECF) systems in federal courts.
• Assist with the organization, review, and production of discovery documents.
• Draft and edit legal documents including pleadings, motions, and subpoenas.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and client communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in ECF filing systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training is preferred.

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour (depending on experience) + bonuses
