What You'll Do:
Assist in preparing legal documents including briefs, motions, and filings for EOIR, USCIS, and federal court.
Manage complex cases and maintain deadlines with precision
Coordinate with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and schedule appointments
Research procedures related to immigration issues
Communicate with government agencies including USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and federal courts
Keep Paul organized - trust us, he's a great attorney but appreciates a strong right hand
What We're Looking For:
Passion for immigration law
Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-energy environment
Spanish fluency required
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification a bonus
